Backup & Disaster Recovery

When something goes wrong, get back up and running fast.

Your data is your business.

Hardware fails. Storms hit. Ransomware locks files. Someone deletes the wrong folder. Without reliable, tested backups, any one of these can mean losing the data your business runs on — sometimes permanently.

Backups that actually work when you need them.

We back up your critical data automatically — on-site and in the cloud — and, just as importantly, we test that those backups can be restored. If the worst happens, we get you running again quickly, with minimal disruption.

Full coverage

Every place your data lives, protected

Your business data isn't just on the office server anymore — it's in Microsoft 365, in the cloud, and on every device. We back up all of it.

Server & workstation backup

Automatic, set-and-forget protection for the systems your business runs on.

Microsoft 365 backup

Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams backed up automatically — the data Microsoft doesn't back up for you.

Identity backup

Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, roles, and policies protected, not just files.

On-site & cloud copies

Multiple copies in multiple places, so one failure or storm can't wipe you out.

Tested restores

A backup only counts if it actually restores — we verify yours do.

Fast recovery

Get critical systems and data back quickly after failure, deletion, or disaster.

The Microsoft 365 gap

Microsoft won't back up your 365 data for you

It's the most common — and most dangerous — assumption we hear. Microsoft keeps the service running, but recovering data you deleted, that an employee took, or that ransomware encrypted is on you.

So for every client on Microsoft 365, we add automated, independent backups that run twice a day — and let us restore a single email, a whole mailbox, or an entire user, back to the source or to a new tenant.

  • Exchange mailboxes & public folders
  • OneDrive files
  • SharePoint sites & libraries
  • Teams files & chats
  • Planner, Contacts, Calendars & OneNote
  • Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, roles & policies
  • Automated backups twice daily, plus on-demand
  • Granular restore — one file, one user, or everything

Built for the Gulf Coast

Hurricanes, flooding, and extended power outages are part of life on the Eastern Shore. Your data plan should assume they'll happen.

  • Encrypted cloud copies stored safely off-site
  • If the office floods or loses power, your data is untouched
  • Keep working from anywhere while you recover
  • A continuity plan, not just a backup

When disaster strikes

The point of a backup is the moment you need it. We're ready for that day.

  • Rapid recovery of critical systems to minimize downtime
  • Roll back cleanly after a ransomware attack
  • Recover accidental deletions — even weeks later
  • A real person guiding you through it, locally

Frequently asked questions

How often is my data backed up?

We set backup frequency to match how fast your data changes — often multiple times per day for critical systems. Microsoft 365 data is backed up automatically twice a day, with on-demand backups available anytime.

Doesn't Microsoft already back up my 365 data?

No — and this surprises most people. Microsoft keeps the service online, but recovering data you deleted, that a former employee removed, or that ransomware encrypted is your responsibility. That's exactly why we add independent 365 backups.

Can you recover a single file or email?

Yes. Restores are granular — we can recover one file, one mailbox, or an entire user account, back to the original location or somewhere new, without restoring everything.

How is this different from ransomware protection?

They work together. Cybersecurity lowers the odds of an attack; backup and recovery is your safety net for when something still gets through — letting you roll back to clean data instead of paying a ransom.

What happens during a hurricane or extended outage?

Cloud copies of your data live safely off-site, so even if your office is flooded or loses power, your data isn't affected — and we can help you keep working from anywhere.

Do you test that the backups actually work?

Yes. A backup that's never been tested is just a hope. We verify that your backups restore so you're not finding out they don't on the worst possible day.
