Custom Integration

Custom Integrator for Homes & Businesses

Six ways we make spaces work better — designed around how you live and work, installed clean, and supported locally. We're not locked into one brand: some clients want a full Control4 experience, others want great lighting, great audio, and simple app control. We start with you, then build around that.

01 · Control

Smart Home Control

One way to run everything — lighting, shades, music, TVs, climate, locks — instead of a folder of apps that don't talk to each other. Scenes that match your life: "Good Morning," "Movie," "Goodnight," "Away."

Control lives wherever you want it: elegant keypads on the wall, a touch panel in the kitchen, your phone when you're out, or just your voice.

Decide early

  • Which rooms get keypads instead of banks of switches
  • Where a touch panel earns its place — kitchen, mudroom, primary suite
  • What should happen on "Away" — and who gets to trigger it

02 · Lighting & Shades

Lighting & Shades

Lighting control turns a house full of switches into scenes — dinner, homework, party, path-to-the-kitchen-at-2am — each one a single tap. Motorized shades ride the sun: privacy at night, glare gone in the afternoon, and the view back the moment you want it.

Done during construction, the hardware disappears — recessed shade pockets, clean keypad layouts, panel space planned instead of squeezed in.

Decide early

  • Shade wiring at every window that needs it — before trim
  • Recessed shade pockets, framed while framing is cheap
  • Panel space for lighting control in the equipment room
  • Keypad locations, so walls aren't cluttered with gangs of switches

03 · Audio

Indoor & Outdoor Audio

Architectural speakers sit flush in the ceiling or vanish into the landscape — you hear the music, not the equipment. Every zone plays together or on its own: the kitchen has the playlist, the office has the game, the porch has both off.

We design around how you entertain — coverage that fills the space evenly at a volume that still lets people talk.

Decide early

  • Which rooms get built-in speakers — wired before drywall
  • Outdoor zones: porch, pool, landscape — and where the subwoofer hides
  • One system or separate zones for the shop, gym, or guest suite

04 · Outdoor Living

Outdoor Living

The porch, the pool deck, the dock — on the Gulf Coast, outside is half the house. Weather-rated TVs that stay bright in daylight, landscape audio that fills the yard without blasting the neighbors, and Wi-Fi that actually reaches the water.

The difference between an outdoor system that lasts and one that fails in two summers is planning: conduit, drainage, and gear built for salt air.

Covered backyard porch with outdoor speakers mounted in the ceiling corners

Decide early

  • Conduit to the outbuilding, dock, gate, and future pool equipment
  • Power and blocking where the outdoor TV will hang
  • Speaker and Wi-Fi coverage drawn on the site plan, not guessed later

05 · The Foundation

Networks & Structured Cabling

Everything above runs on this layer. Hardwired connections to the places that matter, Wi-Fi units placed for full coverage instead of one router in a corner, and a clean, labeled equipment room every future technician will thank you for.

This is where we started as a company — it's the part most integrators subcontract and we never do. Structured cabling and business networks go deeper.

Decide early

  • Where the internet line enters — planned, so the provider never drills finished walls
  • The equipment room: power, cooling, and room to grow
  • Two cables and a spare pipe behind every TV and desk
  • A hidden cable to every Wi-Fi unit location

06 · Video

TVs & Video Walls

From a frame TV that reads as art above the fireplace to a commercial video wall in a lobby or restaurant — placed at the right height, powered from behind, and wired so no cable ever shows.

For businesses: menu boards, conference room displays, and video walls that run all day and update from one place.

Decide early

  • Blocking in the wall at every TV location — before drywall
  • Recessed boxes and conduit so mounts sit flush and cables stay hidden
  • Sightlines: where you'll actually watch from, including the porch

We're a Sonos® authorized dealer, with gear in stock at our stores in Daphne, Foley, and Mobile — soundbars, subwoofers, and portable and bookshelf speakers you can take home today, and more we can order at the counter.

The price is the same as Best Buy and every authorized dealer, sale prices included — Sonos sets one price for everyone.
