For Builders & Contractors

Builder & New-Construction Partnerships

A reliable low-voltage partner for the homes you build — structured cabling, whole-home networks, and whole-home audio, roughed in on schedule and finished clean. We work directly with builders across Baldwin & Mobile County.

Your homes are only as good as the trades behind them.

Low-voltage is one of the easiest places for a build to go sideways — a sub who no-shows the rough-in, runs sloppy cable, or leaves the homeowner with Wi-Fi dead zones the day they move in. That comes back to you. You need a technology partner who shows up when the schedule says, does work you'd put your name on, and stays out of the way of the other trades.

One accountable partner for the wiring inside the walls.

We handle the network and low-voltage scope on your projects — structured cabling, whole-home Wi-Fi, and whole-home audio — coordinated to your construction schedule and built to a finish quality that matches the home. You get a single local point of contact, clean rough-ins ready for trim-out, and homes that are move-in ready with technology that actually works.

What we handle on your projects

The low-voltage scope, done right

From pre-wire while the walls are open to final trim-out and testing — one partner for the whole low-voltage package.

Structured cabling & pre-wire

Cat6/structured cabling pulled to every key room, data drops, and a planned network closet — roughed in before drywall, on your timeline.

Whole-home Wi-Fi & networks

Hardwired access points placed for full coverage with no dead zones, so the homeowner has fast, seamless Wi-Fi everywhere from day one.

Whole-home & multi-room audio

In-ceiling and multi-zone audio roughed in during construction — so the finished home offers sound that's built in, not bolted on.

Device & future-proof rough-in

Cabling, back-boxes, and spare conduit for device locations planned up front, so nothing has to be fished through finished walls later.

Network & media closet

A clean, labeled, properly powered closet designed to house and organize everything — easy for the homeowner and the next tech to work in.

Trim-out, test & handoff

We terminate, mount, test every drop, and hand off a documented, working system.

How a project runs

Five stages, documented at every one

Every build moves through the same five stages, with real paperwork at each — so you, your trades, and your buyer always know exactly what's happening inside the walls.

1 · Discovery & site walk

We walk the plans with you and your buyer and capture how the family will actually live — which rooms need music, what Wi-Fi has to reach, where the office goes. It becomes a written discovery guide, not notes on a napkin.

2 · Design & proposal

Your buyer gets a plan written for them, not for an electrician. You get a clean scope and numbers you can drop straight into the allowance — no vague "wiring TBD" line items.

3 · Pre-wire & rough-in

Field docs your trades can build from: a drop schedule with pull notes, attic routing maps, and a conduit plan for the internet provider's line — coordinated to your rough-in date.

4 · Installation & configuration

After drywall we come back for the finish work — rack build, Wi-Fi, and audio — configured, labeled, and tested room by room, with the test results and configuration sheet in the project file.

5 · Closeout & support

The homeowner gets a walk-through and a plain-English guide. The home gets as-builts and labeled ports. You get a clean final — no low-voltage punch list — and a local team behind the homeowner after keys.

The part your buyer remembers

We make the technology walk-through a selling point

Most buyers can't follow a low-voltage bid — so we don't hand them one. We sit down with a plain-English plan for their home: what each choice means, what we'd suggest, and why it's worth deciding before the walls close. Every term gets translated — a "conduit" is just an empty pipe in the wall so cables can be pulled later.

Buyers walk out holding a plan they understand. And since you're the one who brought us in, that reflects on your build.

We flag what's worth deciding before drywall — even when it isn't ours

Some of the best calls on a build aren't even ours to install — they belong to the electrician, the pool contractor, or the internet company. We raise them anyway, while they're still cheap — not after the drywall crew has left. A few examples:

  • Where and how the internet line enters the home — planned before drywall, so the provider isn't drilling holes in a brand-new custom home
  • An EV charger run to the garage — an easy pull for your electrician while the walls are open
  • Motorized shades and blinds — we consult on the automation and coordinate the wiring with your electrician
  • Conduit for outdoor lighting or a future pool
  • Which decisions can wait, and which genuinely can't

Why builders work with us

Built around your schedule, not ours.

We know a rough-in date is a real date. We coordinate with your electrician and other trades, keep our scope on track, and hand off clean work that doesn't generate callbacks — so low-voltage stops being the part of the build you have to worry about.

A local partner you can put your name behind

We're based in Daphne and serve Baldwin and Mobile County, backed by the trusted Quick Fix name. Builders work with us because we treat the technology infrastructure as a permanent part of the home — wired right the first time, finished clean, and supported locally long after the certificate of occupancy.

Let's talk about your next project

The best time to loop us in is while the plans are still on paper — but if a build is already underway, we can jump in mid-project too. Reach out and we'll walk through it together.
